Ryan’s career spans a broad range of sectors, including biotechnology, healthcare, data center, corporate campus, high technology, office, housing, mixed-use, infrastructure, and seismic retrofit markets. He combines strong technical expertise with a long-term, strategic perspective, balancing attention to detail with a focus on the broader goals of each project. Known as a trusted partner and clear communicator, Ryan builds relationships that foster collaboration and shared success.

Gabe Pattee
Gabe’s career began in general contracting before evolving into independent consulting for corporate clients and complex development projects. His broad experience includes large-scale infrastructure, fast-paced mission-critical facilities, corporate campus developments, and highly technical builds. With deep expertise in project entitlements, Gabe provides strategic insight across the entire project life cycle, from concept through completion. He has built his career on a foundation of trust, earning the confidence of his clients through dependable leadership and seamless project execution.
